Registration terms
By completing your registration and payment, you agree to the terms below.
1. Registration and payment
Your registration is only confirmed once the payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your registration code.
2. No refunds
The amount paid is non-refundable. This applies to withdrawal, no-shows, or being unable to attend the event.
3. T-shirts: no returns or exchanges
There is no return or exchange policy for the T-shirts in the kit. Please choose the model and size carefully and check the size chart before completing your registration: the item is set aside exactly as you indicate.
4. Information provided
You are responsible for providing correct details for every participant (name and, when asked, t-shirt model and size, as per the size chart). The data is used only to organize the event and to contact you about it.
5. Participation
Participation is voluntary and at each participant's own risk; each participant declares they are in suitable health for the activity. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the event.
6. Changes to the event
Date, time and location may change for reasons beyond our control, such as weather or safety. We will let you know by email and on the event page.
