How we handle your information.

A plain-language summary of what we collect through the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the Contact form, RSVP to an event, express interest in a ministry, or sign up for the newsletter, we save what you filled in: name, email and/or phone, and the message sent. At Kids check-in, done by a volunteer on service day, we save the child's name, age group, allergies/notes, and the guardian's name and phone number.

Why we collect it

Only for what you asked for: replying to your message, confirming your RSVP, connecting you with a ministry, letting you know about news by email, or making sure the right child goes home with the right guardian after service.

Who has access

Only church staff and leadership, through a private login-protected system (Sanity Studio). This information is never public, never shown on the site, and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it's stored

Data is stored in a private database (Sanity) and the site runs on Vercel. No banking data ever passes through our site — Zelle contributions happen directly bank-to-bank.

How long we keep it

As long as it's useful for the original purpose (e.g. a prayer request's contact info, a child's registration for future check-ins). You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the contact below.
